The CALS Pathways to Innovation and Leadership program is open to all CALS major students who want to develop, practice, and showcase their innovation, leadership, and other professional skills that employers seek. Through personalized consultations, strategic planning of campus involvement, and hands-on micro-credential experiences, students develop practical skills and build a professional portfolio that gives them a competitive edge in today’s job market.
