Science With Practice and club memberships have broadened my experience at Iowa State.
I have been fortunate enough to have two great internships during my first two years at ISU and I am currently pursuing my third.
I have traveled to 12 countries and five have been through Iowa State travel courses.
I ultimately decided to attend Iowa State University because of the renowned reputation the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences
I knew that I loved agriculture and also enjoyed business, so the Agricultural Business major was a fairly natural choice.
There are so many things to love about Iowa State, whether it's the beautiful campus, the academics or the team spirit felt at a game.
What was life like for three siblings who shared a house and the same college?
There is no better, or more affordable way to see the world than with the university. By experiencing someone else's culture and living inside their world, you are better able to understand and appreciate what we have in the United States.
When you are part of the College of Agriculture and Life Science you are not a number, but rather and individual. It is more like a family, I know a lot of the students and my professors, it is not unusual to walk across campus and say "Hi" to people you pass on the sidewalk.
