Training Scheduled to Meet New Requirement to Sell Morel Mushrooms

AMES, Iowa — Iowa State University has scheduled a series of certification workshops in April for people who want to sell morel mushrooms. "The aim of the workshops is to help assure that misidentified mushrooms are not sold as morels.
