AMES, Iowa — The spring version of the Agriculture Career Day at Iowa State University will bring 110 employers to campus Feb. 4 to recruit for full-time positions and summer internships.
The job fair follows a bigger one last fall that drew a record 269 organizations and nearly 2,700 students. The event is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 4 in the Memorial Union on the Iowa State campus.
“The spring event continues to be an excellent second chance for both students who perhaps missed out on the fall recruitment season, were studying abroad or are new to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences; as well as employers who still have hiring needs to meet, both full-time and internships,” said Mike Gaul, director of Agriculture and Life Sciences Career Services.
He said the job fair also will kick off the on-campus recruitment season with a generous offering of interview schedules the next day.
Due to space limitations, the event is limited to 110 organizations and is full. A list of organizations is on the event web page at https://www.career.cals.iastate.edu/cals-career-day.
