Food Science
Food science follows the process of food from the time it leaves the farm until it’s consumed. You will apply principles of chemistry and physics to improve food quality, safety and nutrition and upon graduation, secure positions in the food industry, sales and marketing, food processing, biotechnology, government, and research.
