The Iowa State chapter of Xi Sigma Pi, the Forestry Honor Society, is holding Maple Syrup Day on Saturday, March 30, from 8-11 a.m. at the Iowa Arboretum. Enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes along with sausage, fruit, coffee, orange juice and…maple syrup. Learn how maple syrup is produced and enjoy timber sports demonstrations and a live wood-turning display. Cost is $9 for adults, $6 for children 5-10, free for children 4 and under.
