The Culinary Science Club is offering a Charcuterie Workshop on Feb. 9 at 6 p.m. in the Culinary Discovery Lab, 2379 Food Sciences Building. Participants will make their own charcuterie board, receive a booklet with recipes and charcuterie templates, and learn food safety tips. Registration fee is $30, and seating is limited. The workshop is open to faculty, staff, students and community members. Register here
