The Uganda Alliance Club is holding a craft sale on Friday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the Marston Hall east lawn. Baskets were created by members of the Tusubila ("hope") Crafts Group in Kamuli, Uganda, and mostly sell for $5-$15 each. The Uganda Alliance Club was started by students studying abroad through Iowa State's Uganda program who witnessed a limited market for the baskets locally.
