The ISU Creamery is offering a Holiday Butter Workshop on Dec. 12 from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Culinary Discovery Lab, 2379 Food Sciences Building. Participants will learn how to make flavored homemade butter under the guidance of ISU Creamery students. The cost is $30. Register here.
