The Culinary Science Club will be hosting a Hands-On Sushi Making Workshop on Nov. 10 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Culinary Discovery Lab (2379 Food Sciences Building). Participants will learn how to make fresh sushi rolls with rice and veggies. A presentation/demo will be given about the different types of sushi.
