The Culinary Science Club is holding a sushi workshop on Nov. 10 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Culinary Discovery Lab, 2379 Food Sciences Building. Participants will learn how to make fresh sushi rolls with rice and vegetables. The event is open to the public with limited seating. Registration is $30 per person.
