As her role has evolved, Carter has demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, timeliness, communication proficiency, teamwork and leadership. A colleague states, “When Tina became our cost center manager, I learned the meaning of support. Rather than wait for me to ask questions or solicit assistance, Tina actively took initiative to ensure that I had access to the data I needed in a way that I could use it, that we remained compliant with all funding source rules, and that we properly tracked and reported all expenses and reimbursements. Tina is excellent in her field.”
