Live United Food Drive

The 9th Annual Live United Food Drive will take place on campus from April 24-May 4. Donations will benefit the food pantries of Story County and ensure children have food during the summer months.

Non-perishable items and monetary donations will be accepted (make checks payable to United Way of Story County). Please coordinate monetary donations with individual building contacts (listed below) or Food Drive co-chairs, Haley Cook or Tara Fisher.

Wish list non-perishable items include:

Food Items

  • Canned fruit (especially pineapple and mandarin oranges)
  • Canned meats
  • Cereal
  • Soup
  • Canned meals (ravioli, beef stew, etc.)
  • Macaroni and cheese
  • Pasta and sauce (not whole wheat)
  • Peanut butter and jelly
  • Boxed/Helper meal

Non-Food Items

  • Diapers (size 4-6 and pull-ups)
  • Wipes
  • Laundry detergent
  • Shampoo and conditioner
  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels
  • Facial tissues
  • Toothpaste
  • Toothbrushes
  • Soap
  • Deodorant
  • Reusable bags
